Sail Port Stephens Regatta Week is one of Australia’s favourite yachting events.
Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours drive from Sydney, with its beautiful beaches, stunning sand dunes, coastal walks, national parks, pristine waters, carefree laid back lifestyle and a great range of accommodation.
Our regatta program for Sail Port Stephens offers a great mix sailing, racing and fun:
Our yacht will be based at the D’Albora Marina, Nelson Bay, the centre of activities for the Regatta week and close by from many accommodations and restaurants
All crew can participate in training sessions during selected Friday twilight races & Sunday races – in the month prior to the Regatta
All races take place on beautiful Port Stephens and surrounding islands.
With the spinnaker set, everyone on the boat will have a role to play in the race

Port Stephens Trophy – 2 days of racing, Friday 28th April – Saturday 29th April
Note that exact date and timing of passages to Port Stephens and returning to Sydney are subject to weather conditions.
What is included:
- training races in March/April
- crew regatta shirt
- professional skipper/ instructor, safety gear, race entry fee, insurance, fuel, berthing fees.
Excludes: accommodation, personal expenses, any food or drink etc – crews’ dinner at own cost. PLB EPIRBs are available for hire.
