Take out a stand up paddle board and check out the wonders of Manly Cove, with beaches just a short paddle away such as Store Beach, Quarantine Beach, Little Manly Cove and Collins Flat . After a short introduction on a stand up paddle board and a paddling demonstration, it's out into Manly cove to explore.
You can rent the SUPs everyday from 9am till 6pm.
Children 10+ can head out with an adult.
